Mr Kai WU is currently Head of Environmental Technology Research and Development of Hong Kong Productivity Council. He graduated from the University of Stuttgart, Germany, with a master's degree in Environmental Engineering. German VSB Registered Engineer, former German KfW Bank Water Environment Project Consultant. In the past 20 years, in charge of and participated in more than 20 cities in Germany and Denmark, as well as water environment management projects and sponge city construction in many cities in southern China. He is the first author of 3 SCI articles, won 3 Chinese national and provincial design awards, and 2 patents.
